To our Zuper community,
We are continuously working to make sure that every part of the Zuper system provides a secure and frictionless experience for our users.
An essential part of this process is our partnership with finAPI GmbH, a leading german financial account aggregator, which makes the seamless integration of bank accounts from thousands of banks in Germany and Austria possible.
Starting February 7th, 2019, Zuper and finAPI will meet the new safety requirements of the PSD2 directive. Due to the regulatory requirements, we must ask you to accept the updated Terms of Service of our partner finAPI to continue using Zuper. You can review and accept the updated Terms of Service by logging in to your Zuper app.
Additionally, you will have to use the new finAPI form to add a new bank account to your Zuper app. While the new form looks slightly different from what you are used to, it still requires the same login credentials.
We highly recommend the storage of your PIN with finAPI, so that you can continue to use Zuper with all of its features, like automated updates and notifications.
